Blanca Totten brings over 30 years of IT experience in all aspects of software development as well as project and change management. She has 20 years of experience in the gas utility industry. As the Customer Services Analytics Manager for SoCalGas she is responsible for the evaluation and implementation of advanced analytics tools and models that enable business efficiencies through the integration of AMI data.
Jacqueline Cao has over 8 years of experience in the gas utility industry. As a Technical Advisor for SoCalGas, Jacqueline worked on AMI related projects including overseeing the successful completion of the AM Installation of the entire service territory. In her current role with the Customer Services Analytics team, she is responsible for analyzing AMI data and implementing business and system processes that integrate AMI data to create efficiencies. In addition, Jacqueline is the subject matter expert of AMI and CIS data.

He currently handles sales for Aclara’s enterprise natural gas market segment.
